My coaching philosophy
For me, rugby is about much more than learning how to pass, run or score a try. It's about helping children grow in confidence, work with others, try new things and celebrate their progress.
Every child matters
I want children to feel included, supported and excited to come back each week, whatever their starting point.
Skills for sport and life
We develop rugby skills alongside teamwork, resilience, coordination and a positive attitude.
A little about my journey!
Alongside leading Tiny Rugby School, I work as Senior Head Coach at Harwich and Dovercourt RUFC, supporting the development of players.
I also spent three years with the Northampton Saints Development Player Pathway, working with players as they developed their game.
I'm continuing to build my coaching knowledge through the England Advanced Coaching Award which I'm proud to announce I have now successfully completed.
That experience shapes how I coach today, creating positive sessions where children can learn, improve and enjoy being part of a team.
